JACK BALER
(JB-70) - MANUAL BALER

The Jack Baler (JB) is the most powerful model of the manual baler series developed by SK Engineers. A total improvement over the other Manual Baler models - MB30 & RM50 - removing dependency on springs for compression hence offering an absolute zero maintenance. The Jack Baler is fitted with a company developed and trade marked "JACK" which helps the operator to develop the compressing pressure close to 3 tons with simply moving the long extended compressing lever. The lever is utilised for up & down movements of the compressing plate.

The JACK Mechanism enables operator to compress material almost to the bottom of machine-offering improved and increased bale compaction efficiency and increased material compression capacity of the baler.
Jack provision enables the operator to vary the height of the bale - making it a easier to tie the formed Bale- thereby improving Compaction Efficiency and enabling the operator to make bales of different heights depending on requirements.

RATCHET MANUAL
(RM-50) - BALER

A RM Baler Machine is an upgradation to the standard “Manual Baler Machine” model offered. Offers increased capacity to compress more material - increased safety and ease of operation.
The machine is equipped with the Ratchet Mechanism enabling operator to compress more material upto a farther lowered point thus offering an increased bale compaction efficiency and increased material compression capacity of the baler.
A single person operational portable machine with the provision of a double spring loaded compressing lever.
Upgraded Design making it a lot easier to tie the formed Bales keeping the Lever Locked, thereby improving the Compaction Efficiency and enabling the operator to make bales of varied heights depending on the requirements.
