RATCHET MANUAL
(RM) - BALER
A RM Baler Machine is an upgradation to the standard “Manual Baler Machine” model offered. Offers increased capacity to compress more material - increased safety and ease of operation.
The machine is equipped with the Ratchet Mechanism enabling operator to compress more material upto a farther lowered point thus offering an increased bale compaction efficiency and increased material compression capacity of the baler.
A single person operational portable machine with the provision of a double spring loaded compressing lever.
Upgraded Design making it a lot easier to tie the formed Bales keeping the Lever Locked, thereby improving the Compaction Efficiency and enabling the operator to make bales of varied heights depending on the requirements.
Also, it is completely MOBILE with the provision of Wheels.

MANUAL BALER MACHINE
A Manual Baler Machine is a Manual Equipment used for making BALES of materials including plastic, paper, cardboard, farm waste, etc.
It is single-person operating equipment with the provision of a spring-loaded Compressing Lever, to make bales effectively, with the help of which the lever is positioned perfectly to dump the waste into the Baler and start compression.

BRIQUETTING HYDRAULIC JACK "B-HACK"
A Briquetting Hydraulic Jack or simply "B-HACK" works on the same principle as of BLP/B-Jack but, with some major improvements in terms of automation, production capacity, end-product uses, etc. It offers an automatic upward motion of the compressing disc, to be ready for the next round of compression thereby, decreasing the time required for making Briquettes. Simply just by pumping the lever with the application of negligible manual force, the compressing action of the waste-mixture is achieved and the process is easier and quicker than ever!
